Submitting requirements via the JDX Command Center, completing inquiry forms, or interacting with the NINA AI assistant does not constitute a service contract or a binding engagement. Any official development, consulting, or workspace integration projects only begin after thorough discussion, scope validation, commercial quotes, and mutually signed master service agreements.

04. NINA AI Assistant Disclaimer

The NINA assistant is designed to provide immediate, automated guidance, answer initial service queries, and summarize user requirements. While NINA tries to render highly accurate information, automated responses are subject to technical limitations, and they do not represent final technical specifications, engineering feasibility audits, legal advice, or operational estimates. Always confirm details with a human engineering partner.

05. Intellectual Property Rights

All branding elements, layout code, graphics, interactive widgets, animations, content copy, and operational concepts displayed on this website are the intellectual property of JDX Labs unless explicitly noted otherwise. Unauthorized republication or redistribution of site materials is prohibited.
