How JDX Labs collects, uses and protects inquiry, contact and website interaction information.

JDX Security Protocol ActiveLast Updated: June 15, 2026

01. Overview

JDX Labs respects user privacy and collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, understand requirements, verify submission integrity, and operate our systems and website efficiently.

02. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information when you interact with our website, use the NINA AI assistant, or submit forms:

  • Name and corporate contact details.
  • Email address and WhatsApp phone number (if explicitly provided).
  • Company, business size, and technical operation details.
  • Requirement briefs, scope requests, and integration descriptions.
  • Session messages, interaction context, and history when talking to the NINA assistant.
  • Website interaction signals (such as browser details, access times, IP routing details) used for reCAPTCHA validation and spam prevention.

03. How We Use Information

Collected information is utilized strictly to:

  • Respond directly to inquiries and review operational requirements.
  • Analyze project requirements and run feasibility validation.
  • Draft technical proposals, system architectures, and workspace designs.
  • Maintain visitor logs and secure session persistence.
  • Improve website layout, response latency, and system flows.
  • Defend the site infrastructure against script injection, automated spam, and malicious load.

04. AI Assistant / NINA

The NINA AI assistant processes user inputs and conversation history locally or via third-party AI models to generate response templates and gather requirement parameters. AI-processed queries are logged for session continuity, error-checking, and performance tracking. If requested or necessary, conversation transcripts are reviewed by human engineers to assess requirement complexity.

05. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies, browser local storage, and session storage parameters to maintain NINA chat state, remember basic navigation options, and verify user inputs. Disabling cookie storage in browser settings may restrict interactive capabilities (such as active chat session persistence).

06. Sharing of Information

JDX Labs does not sell, lease, or rent personal details to third parties. Information is only shared with trusted managed providers (such as hosting nodes, Firebase services, email endpoints, reCAPTCHA API verification, and Gemini API services) necessary to operate the site.

07. Data Retention

Your inquiry details, session metrics, and workspace configuration parameters are stored only as long as necessary to address inquiries, manage active partner setups, maintain archive records, enforce system security protocols, or comply with operational policies.

08. User Choices & Rights

You may contact JDX Labs at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted information. We will fulfill these requests promptly, subject to verifying your identity and respecting essential data archiving needs.
